I love to create the best quality breads from scratch, because I know that food in its purest form – untainted by artificial additives, sweeteners and colourants – is the best tasting and most nutritious food there is.”

And that’s not all, we pioneered gluten free baking with a Bake House dedicated to the creation of an ever-growing number of gluten free products. We do not allow artificial colours, flavours, sweeteners or trans-fats in any of the products we sell, so you can rest assured that whatever you buy for you and your family will be the very best available.
